Pay: $21.45/hr with progressive wage increases every 90 days (increments of $0.50 at 90, 180, 360, 540, and 720 days, and $1/hr at 900 days) to recognize your dedication!

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Protection & Safety:

  • Support facility security, maintain access control, address health and safety hazards, and conduct audits.

• Data & Digital Literacy:

  • Gather and interpret data, create reports, leverage technology, and ensure data completeness.

• Training & Collaboration:

  • Support training programs, deliver project tasks, communicate effectively, and build professional networks.

• Process & Environmental Improvement:

  • Implement process improvements, conduct root cause analysis, demonstrate awareness of regulations, and promote environmental issues.

• Operational Excellence & Ethics:

  • Follow company policies, explain department functions, adapt to change, and serve customers with care and integrity.

Shift schedule:

Full-time position – schedule is determined by the Hiring Manager based on business needs. Candidates must be available for both shifts.

Monday - Friday

• S1:6AM - 2PM
• S2: 2PM - 10PM
• Mid-shift: 10AM-6PM

• 1 year of experience or coursework in safety, compliance, or security-related fields (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice)
• OR 6 months of experience as a Walmart associate
