Walker Methodist Care Suites seeks a Concierge/Receptionist to manage very busy front desk phones and interact with clients and customers via phone and in person.

Part-time, 3:15 to 8:30 pm every other Saturday and Sunday.

• High level of professionalism and personal standard of a positive attitude, behavior and appearance
• Communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service with the ability to speak clearly and distinctly
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships

• Prioritize, organize, problem solve and meet deadlines and goals
• Deal with emergencies calmly and effectively
• High School diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in a receptionist/customer service-related position and basic computer skills
