Job Description

Walker Methodist Highview Hills seeks two Dining Room Supervisors to manage all front-of-house details to include providing a high-quality, positive dining experience for all residents and guests as well as assist with hiring, training and scheduling Waitstaff and Dishwashers.                                        

Schedule options:

  • Full-time, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm including every other weekend and availability for special events, as necessary. 
  • Part-time, 11:00 am to 7:30 pm including every other weekend, 1 or 2 shifts during the week and availability for special events, as necessary. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing or hosting in a restaurant-style dining experience
  • Experience in successfully hiring, training and coaching employees to perform at their best
  • Understanding and knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Basic computer skills
