Job Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Director to lead #WalkAway Foundation’s creative department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, and a strong vision for adapting to current trends and styles. As the Creative Director, you will work closely with our executive team to deliver engaging content that meets the high expectations of our brand. You should be extremely creative, dedicated, driven, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.

  • Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.

  • Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on campaign needs.

  • Direct brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.

  • Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.

  • Develop exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet campaign requirements.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social and emerging technologies.

  • Exceptional understanding of graphic design, copy and web practices.

  • Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models.

  • Must be a creative and strategic thinker.

  • Must be an innovator. Be prepared to bring design concepts and ideas to the table!

  • Highly driven to create the best content on the web.

  • Focused on continual improvement. Brands are not stagnant. We need someone who is constantly looking to take us to the next level.
