• Provide an authentic environment for children to learn English.
• Develop children's interest in learning English and establish the foundation for lifelong learning.
• Help local teachers develop innovative learning and teaching methods, materials, curriculum and activities suited to the needs of local children.

• Native English Speaker.
• Bachelor's degree or above (studies in English or Education preferred).
• Non-local qualifications need to have their qualifications assessed by the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ).
• Hong Kong primary school experience preferred.
• TEFL/TESL/TESOL qualification preferred.
