Job Description

Wag! is excited to be opening our newest call center...right here in Phoenix!  If you've been looking for a truly unique opportunity where you can grow a career and help shape the future of an organization, this could be the start of something amazing!

 

As a Customer Care team member, you’ll provide top notch support to both Walkers and Owners as Wag! continues to grow.

 

Location: Southeast Phoenix (Just off Highway 10 & Ray Road)

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Our campus is open from 6:00 am - 10:30 pm **Our team works a set schedule of 5 days each week. We are currently looking for team members for all shifts.

Qualifications

To be considered, candidates will need to meet all of the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrate a stable work history

  • Have at least 1 year of call center experience 

  • Have at least 2 years of customer service experience

  • Have at least 1 year of escalations or retention experience

  • Exceptional computer skills & experience working in a high-tech environment

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal & written

  • Have a true passion for consistently exceeding customer expectations

  • A friendly and professional demeanor

  • A high attention to detail

  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work quickly under pressure & easily adapt to new policies and procedures
