Job Description

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer to build, edit, and maintain our global website and our China site, supporting new product introductions and digital marketing campaigns.

You will build pages and campaigns using reusable block components in Adobe AEM / EDS, publishing across both the global and a Drupal like platform for the China properties. Launches are date-driven and often run across multiple markets at once, so organization and clear project tracking matter as much as the code.

You will partner closely with Global Marcom Segment Leads and Regional Marcom Leads to turn their requirements into published pages and campaigns, working alongside our design, SEO, and translation agencies.

What you will do

  • Code and produce pages in HTML, and build pages using block components in Adobe AEM / EDS.
  • Own web delivery for new product introductions, from brief through launch and post-launch updates.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, including landing pages, campaign assets, and pre- and post-launch updates.
  • Implement agency-supplied translated content, and test designs and layouts across the global and China sites.
  • Track timelines, dependencies, and asset handoffs across concurrent projects, and flag risks to launch dates early.
  • Debug HTML, CSS, and rendering issues, and resolve them independently.
  • Quality-check pages before publication for accuracy, layout integrity, and correct rendering across browsers and devices.
  • Manage your day-to-day web requests by triaging, prioritizing, and delivering to deadline.

What you will bringRequired

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, information systems, or a related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of professional web development experience building and maintaining websites.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe AEM / EDS.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills. You can run several launches in parallel and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
  • Comfort working across time zones. The role may include early-morning meetings.

Preferred

  • Experience publishing and maintaining multilingual content.
  • Experience with other content management systems, such as Drupal.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and digital marketing analytics.

Pay Range $76,000 - $103,000 base salary depending on experience plus 7.5% annual bonus target.
