Administrative support to Customer Support and order administration

We are now looking for administrative support for our Customer Service & Order administration team. 

In this role, you will:

• Support the administration of orders and service cases

• Ensure accurate registration and follow-up in business systems

• Handle price lists, documentation, and supporting materials

• Coordinate information between different functions

• Contribute to structure, quality, and efficient ways of working

We are looking for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and service-minded—whether you are a recent graduate or have experience in administration, customer service, or order handling. 

English at a professional level is required.

We prefer if you have experience in M3 (ERP), CPQ and of course Microsoft Office.

You will be part of a dedicated team, and you can add experience and insight in the Railway industry to your CV.
