Job Description
Who will you be working with?
As a production supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our production team of high seniority / skilled workers. You will be working with other production supervisors to meet our commitments and satisfy customer demands. You will be a facilitator for the production-related activities with other departments, which will result in achieving a high-quality product reducing process downtime.

- Be a team player and solution provider; communicate and collaborate with cross-functional areas (EHS, Quality, Materials, Maintenance, Engineering)
What do we want to know about you?
- Industrial engineering or similar is preferred.
- Able to read and communicate in English is preferred.
- A minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing production environment with demonstrated leadership skills strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with your team members and manage operations members.
- Possess knowledge of working procedures and techniques utilized in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrate good administrative, customer service, problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting ability.
- Knowledge and implementation of LEAN techniques.
- Self-starter; able to work in a highly demanding role.
- Excellent attention to detail; excellent organizational skills with attention to task prioritization.
- Take pride in your work, be passionate, reliable and enjoy your work.
What will your typical day look like?
- Work with cross-functional team to accomplish goals and production schedule rate.
- Understand, follow, and enforce all established EHS, quality, company policies, and procedures.
- Drive safety culture within all operations team by executing EHS dialogs, observations, training and concerns, closed on time as regulatory required. Be an example of EHS focused leader.
- Complete on time all EHS related audits and assessments (lifting, 5S, chemical mat)
- Ensure product compliance by checking travelers validating they are signed off.
- Responsible for traceability and identification of materials throughout manufacturing chain.
- Initiate NCMR’s for any manufacturing issues and ensure completion prior to shipment.
- Labor reporting, manage unionized manufacturing team, execution and needs.
- Responsible for employee training, training matrix and records.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
- Be a proactive actor of continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Support and lead root-cause investigations.
