Job Description
MISSION OF THE POSITION:
Its main purpose is to define, control, maintain, and guarantee the management system, and the improvement of the organization's processes following the defined standards and established requirements.
Monitoring of corrective and preventive actions derived from NC and customer complaints and responding to them.
Coordination of safety actions and monitoring of their implementation.
Quality control of the processes and product
Quality certificates and metrology skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the interface with the Customer quality teams.
- Do the necessary to guarantee that Quality Assurance and Quality Control rules and procedures are in place in-house as well as at Suppliers facility.
- Problem solving approach to prevent occurrence of potential defects.
- Prevent occurrence of Cost of Non-Quality (CONQ).
- Follow & support Suppliers to obtain Quality Plan and procedures complying with organization requirements.
- Prepare Product Quality control plan with all tests, inspections, evidence required.
- Close quality follow-up with client.
- Conduct on site quality issues investigations and analysis.
- Perform regular audits and follow resolution of actions in place on manufacturing line.
- Manage all interfaces with the Client for all Quality issues, do visit on need basis.
- Define and deploy Quality Management System.
- Prepare plan and maintain certification of ISO 9001, IRIS, IAFT.
- Perform incoming inspection confirming identification and traceability of parts.
- NCR management.
- Quality issue resolving through problem solving tools (QRQC, 8D, A3, 5WHY etc.).
- Responsible for shop quality improvements.

ACADEMIC EDUCATION AND PROFIL REQUESTED:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ Years of relevant experience in Industrial Quality function
