Job Description

Who will you be working with?

You will be part of the Finance team, working closely with suppliers, internal departments, and employees. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor payments and employee-related expenses.

How will you make a difference?

As an Accounting Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and employee expense processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation. Your work will directly impact financial transparency, cost control, and efficient cash flow management.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Manage and control accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate recording and timely settlement of supplier invoices.
  • Monitor and reconcile creditor balances, investigate discrepancies, and prepare reconciliation statements with suppliers.
  • Manage employee expense reports and advances, including review, validation, and posting of accountable expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding expense claims and advance settlements.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor liabilities and employee-related transactions.
  • Monitor and account for prepaid (deferred) expenses.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve payment and reconciliation issues.
  • Support financial closing by ensuring completeness and accuracy of payables and expense data.

What do we want to know about you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and employee expense accounting.
  • Solid understanding of AP processes, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (1C).
  • Fluency in English
