Who will you work with?

Joining the Finance Team, you will work alongside exceptionally talented, driven, and committed professionals focused on delivering financial excellence and continuous process improvement.

In this role, you will support the Engineering Center in Brazil, working closely with labor cost management, monthly hours validation, and billing processes. You will also collaborate daily with the broader finance team, providing visibility and insights into Engineering financials.

How will you make a difference?

As part of the Finance Team, you will play a key role in enabling financial visibility and cost control for the Engineering Center. You will act as a business partner to different stakeholders, supporting decision-making and ensuring accuracy across financial processes.

This position offers high exposure, allowing you to interact with cross-functional and international teams while strengthening your financial, analytical, and process improvement skills.

What do we want to know about you?

  •  Experience in finance, with a focus on cost control and billing.

  • Highly motivated and proactive, with flexibility to handle critical questions and challenging situations.

  • Strong sense of ownership and empathy to understand business needs and deliver solutions aligned with accounting principles and governance requirements.

  • Ability to optimize processes, automate routines, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Strong critical thinking with a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Power BI knowledge is a plus.

  • Oracle and OneStream experience is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

What will your daily life be like?

  • Verify and analyze total labor hours per employee on a monthly basis.
  • Monitor and compare standard versus actual labor rates.
  • Prepare invoices for multiple countries and cost centers.
  • Ensure accurate information flow to support local service billing processes.
  • Control and validate invoice registration within accounting systems.
  • Perform monthly intercompany balance reconciliations.
  • Manage Engineering Center CAPEX control activities.
  • Lead intercompany receivables processes and ensure timely settlement.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Prepare financial performance presentations for Engineering leadership.
  • Partner with the tax team to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
