Job Description

High school diploma or higher, with over 3 years of relevant work experience in the same position
2. More than 3 years of experience in the SMT technician position
3. Proficient in Windows-based computer operations and familiar with office software such as Excel
3. Be familiar with PCBA-related knowledge, understand SMD electronic components, and be acquainted with the IPC-610 standard
5. Proficient in the program switching operations of material preparation and change machines, skilled in Feeder loading and unloading, and familiar with the use of YAMAHA pick-and-place machines
6. Proficient in solder paste printing machines and reflow soldering processes, with some experience in equipment troubleshooting.
Main responsibilities:
1. Verify and execute according to the ECN change content
2. Master SMT equipment parameters and performance, and perform regular equipment maintenance and upkeep
3. Conduct training on relevant skills for operators and others as required
4. Determine the X-ray testing requirements for BGA
5. Responsible for coordinating and participating in the validation records of new processes, new techniques, and new product introductions
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior
