  • Strong people leader with a clear focus on employee and leadership development
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels within a matrix organisation
  • Solid experience working with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ensure production plan targets are achieved in line with established quality, safety, and compliance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement, industrialisation, and lean manufacturing initiatives across the site
  • Define, monitor, and steer operational targets using KPIs and performance dashboards
  • Coordinate and actively support the end-to-end supply chain, from procurement through production to on-time customer delivery
  • Actively collaborate with international sister companies to strengthen operational cooperation and best-practice sharing
  • Promote a strong leadership culture and support the development of managers and teams within operations
  • Improve cross-functional interfaces to continuously enhance product quality and operational efficiency
