- Knowledge of product structure principles (EBOM, CadBOM).

- Experience supporting engineering teams in industrial environments.

- Strong communication skills; ability to guide non-technical users.

- Fluent English (mandatory).

- Experience with data cleaning or multi-CAD environments is a strong plus.

What will your typical day look like?

- Provide daily PLM support to engineering teams in the UK and US.

- Create and maintain Teamcenter queries, troubleshoot user issues, and manage access rights.

- Open and validate CAD models in NX, SolidWorks, and Creo to identify missing references or corrupt datasets.

- Clean, correct, and standardize legacy data as part of ongoing multi-site migration activities.

- Support workflows: unblock processes, update statuses, fix lifecycle inconsistencies.

- Collaborate with global PLM architects, CAD admins, and data migration teams.

- Develop and maintain user documentation, best practices, specification and training materials.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline PLM tools and engineering processes.

-Applicants should be familiar with Oracle and Power BI
