Job Description

Do you enjoy creating meaningful employee experiences and helping people succeed at work? Join NineStar Connect as a Human Resources Generalist and support a team that truly values connection - both in the workplace and in our community. This role is all about people. You’ll support hiring, onboarding, employee development, benefits, and day-to-day HR operations, working alongside a team that’s passionate about making NineStar a great place to work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full recruitment process and onboarding experience

  • Assist in administering employee benefits and wellness programs

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and support

  • Provide support on employee relations matters, including investigations and policy guidance

  • Partner with leadership on training, engagement, and performance processes

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 2–3 years of HR experience in a generalist, coordinator, or support role; 4–7 years preferred

  • Experience in benefits, administration, recruiting coordination, or employee relations support preferred.
  • HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) are a plus
