Front of House Supervisor – BM Caterers

Location: 1 New Bailey, 4 Stanley Street, Salford, Manchester 

Salary: £17.02 p/h  Contract: Part Time, 24h p/w Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday, flexibility to work overtime

We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor who can inspire a team, lead by example and help create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervising front of house service and daily standards
• Leading customer interaction with confidence and warmth
• Supporting, motivating and developing the team
• Helping deliver excellent client and customer satisfaction
• Ensuring procedures and standards are followed consistently
• Creating a positive and collaborative team culture
• Supporting day-to-day organisation and service flow

What you’ll be doing

• Setting up and clearing hospitality areas
• Delivering food and drink service to a high standard
• Supporting meetings, events and functions
• Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready
• Responding to customer requests with professionalism and care
• Working closely with colleagues to keep service smooth and efficient
• Following company procedures and service standards at all times

• Previous experience in a supervisory hospitality role
• A confident and supportive leadership style
• Strong communication and people skills
• A passion for customer service
• A positive, solutions-focused mindset
• High standards and strong attention to detail
