Pay: £37,500 per annum

Job Description: Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4pm.
Managing The Cafe at FORA Chancery House, including hospitality and events

Summary

Cafe/Deli Manager position is a vital role at The Genuine Dining Co., responsible for overseeing all aspects of The Cafe operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. Located with FORA Chancery House, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in a company committed to excellence and innovation.

Our Cafe/Deli Manager will:

• Lead and supervise Cafe team to deliver high-quality food and service.
• Develop and implement catering strategies aligned with company goals.
• Coordinate Events on-site with the Building team and Clients
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, cleanliness and regulations
• Update daily menus and labelling for the Cafe and Hospitality
• Have a strong and positive relationship with Kitchen Team and Head Chef
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for seamless operations.
• Monitor financial performance and optimize operational efficiency, stock taking and reporting
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages growth and excellence.
• Be a Barista and manage tills
