National Chef Manager – BM Caterers

Location: midlands    Salary: £43k    Contract: Full time, Permanent

We’re looking for an experienced Chef Manager to support the day-to-day running of our national catering operations team and help deliver outstanding food, service and team performance.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong people skills with commercial awareness and a real passion for hospitality.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the daily running of various sites
• Helping manage service standards, stock and team performance
• Supporting financial controls and budget targets
• Looking for opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction
• Building strong relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
• Supporting training, communication and team development
• Helping bring BM concepts and innovation to life on site

What we’re looking for

• Experience in hospitality or contract catering chef management
• A confident and supportive leadership style
• Commercial awareness and good organisational skills
• A strong foodie focus
• Passion for food, people and service
• A positive, hands-on approach
