About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Team Member to help keep our vending and retail services running smoothly across three floors. You’ll be replenishing stock, keeping displays looking great, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure our clients can relax and enjoy their break away from the workplace.

What You’ll Do

• Replenish and rotate stock, ensuring freshness and availability.

• Keep vending areas and displays clean, tidy, and well-presented.

• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and support stock takes.

• Receive deliveries, handle storage, and carry out basic inventory checks.

• Provide friendly, professional service to colleagues and clients.

• Follow Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Hygiene standards.

• Report accidents/incidents and support allergen safety processes.

• Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail, hospitality, or food service experience (advantage, not essential).

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Ability to lift and move stock safely.

• Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Professional, approachable, and customer-focused.
