The Role

We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-profile operation across three distinct catering outlets and an exclusive hospitality service.
This is an opportunity for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who can bring energy and creativity to the operation while delivering strong commercial performance. You’ll lead a talented team, build trusted client relationships and constantly look for new ways to make the customer experience even better.

Job Description
As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, people, client relationships and commercial performance of the site.
You’ll lead from the front, setting high standards across food, service and hospitality while creating a positive, ambitious culture within your team.
- Lead, inspire and develop the catering and hospitality team
- Deliver exceptional food, service and customer experiences across all outlets
- Drive innovation across menus, service and customer experience
- Take ownership of budgets, financial performance and commercial targets
- Deliver and exceed agreed KPIs, SLAs, health and safety and compliance standards
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in a senior catering or hospitality management role
- A genuine passion for food, hospitality and people
- Experience managing teams and developing talent
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A creative and forward-thinking approach to hospitality
- Experience delivering against financial targets, KPIs and SLAs
- A strong understanding of food safety, compliance and operational standards
