Job Description

  • Supervision & Training – lead and support the front of house team, setting clear expectations and providing coaching and feedback to maintain high standards.
  • Quality & Service – ensure food quality, presentation and service standards are consistently delivered. Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Operations & Logistics – support the smooth running of daily operations, including service, deliveries, stock, vending and general site requirements.
  • Customer Experience – build strong relationships with customers and clients, adapting your approach to different audiences and actively seeking feedback to improve the experience.
  • Marketing & Communications – take a lead in on-site marketing, creating engaging content for social media and producing weekly menus and promotional materials aligned with client and brand guidelines. Creative marketing skills would be highly advantageous.
  • Events & Engagement – bring ideas to monthly events, seasonal campaigns and awareness days, helping to create engaging experiences and drive customer participation.
  • Commercial Awareness – support the General Manager with ordering, stock management, cost control and other administrative tasks, developing a strong understanding of the commercial side of the operation.
  • Continuous Improvement – be proactive and curious, identifying opportunities to improve service, operations and the overall customer experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the hospitality industry
  • Have a contagious passion for food and customer service.
  • You draw satisfaction from supervising, training, and supporting a team.
  • Understanding of delegation skills.
  • Excellent organisational abilities; high attention to detail
  • Concise and effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective.
  • Creative marketing skills would be highly advantageous
