Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Front of House Welcome Host to become the face of a prestigious building in Central London.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, you will take full responsibility for delivering a seamless and first-class reception experience. This is a highly visible role where professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service are essential.

Working closely with the client team and service partners, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the workplace while creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest who enters the building.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a polished hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering five-star service and thrives in a luxury, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised welcome to all visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the face of the business, creating a positive and lasting first impression.
  • Manage front-of-house operations and reception services to the highest standard.
  • Ensure all guests receive a seamless arrival and departure experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, occupiers, visitors, and internal teams.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve requests with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Support the client team and service partners with the smooth running of daily operations.
  • Maintain immaculate presentation standards across reception and client-facing areas.
  • Handle enquiries professionally, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Uphold health, safety, and security procedures at all times.
  • Contribute to a culture of excellence by continuously identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.

Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Salary: £36,000 per annum    

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences and have a natural ability to engage with people at all levels.
You will be an experienced and highly polished hospitality professional who understands what world-class service looks like and can consistently deliver it.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, private members' clubs, premium corporate reception, aviation, or high-end customer service environments.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanour.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using initiative and anticipating the needs of others before they arise.
  • Positive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to service excellence.
