We are seeking an exceptional Kitchen Assistant to support the culinary team in excellence. This is a rare opportunity  representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level.

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph increasing to £14.80ph after probation 

About the role:

• Making sandwiches and helping with other kitchen related duties as necessary, including the preparation of salads, soups and more
• Receive, check, and store daily food and supply deliveries, ensuring quality, accurate quantities, and safe organisation of all stock (including dry store, fridges, and freezers) in line with FIFO and food safety standards
• Ensure effective stock rotation of products 
• Ensuring that food safety standards and correct cleaning procedures are followed at all times

• Previous experience in a similar role is often a plus.
