Job Description
Join the Party at ABBA Voyage! We are looking for an experienced Logistics Team Leader to work with us at the famous ABBA Arena.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading teams, and have a passion for keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.
The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, warehouse, or stock control operations, strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensuring all operational areas are stocked, organised, and service-ready.
Salary: £16 per hour
Shifts: 5 days from Thursday to Monday
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, stock control, or back-of-house operations within hospitality, events, or a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise, support, and develop team members
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate stock control and efficient processes
- A proactive and hands-on approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and perform well under pressure
- Good understanding of health & safety, food safety, and operational compliance standards
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience working in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or back-of-house operations, alongside strong organisational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills. Experience using stock management systems would be advantageous.
