In this highly visible role, you will take ownership of ensuring every visitor and employee receives a seamless, memorable, and positive experience. You’ll be the heartbeat of the front-of-house operation — the person who sets the tone the moment someone walks through the door.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting clients, guests, and employees with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Building strong, positive relationships with visitors and internal teams
• Managing in-person, phone, and email enquiries with confidence and clarity
• Delivering a consistently high standard of service that reflects the bank’s global reputation
• Coordinating a variety of behind-the-scenes facilities tasks to keep operations running smoothly
• Taking initiative to solve problems, support colleagues, and elevate the visitor experience

Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7:00-18:00 from Mon-Fri
Salary: £33,829

• Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, or Customer Service role (essential)
• A naturally proactive, positive, and people focused personality
• Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
• Confidence in engaging with people at all levels — you enjoy conversation and connection
• A self starter who takes ownership and brings energy to every day
