Job Description

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and people focused Welcome Host to join our front of house team based at the Cannon Street offices of our client in the financial services sector.

As the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, and stakeholders, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression and delivering a warm, professional, and seamless service experience.

This is a front facing, standing role where you will greet and host visitors on arrival, guide them through the building, and ensure they feel supported throughout their journey. You will work closely with the Concierge and wider client services team to coordinate meetings, support events, and maintain a well organised, efficient reception environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm, engaging welcome to all visitors and colleagues
  • Manage the initial guest journey, including greeting, hosting, and escorting visitors as required
  • Liaise with the Concierge team to ensure seamless handovers and smooth building navigation
  • Support the coordination of meetings, including large scale events, ensuring all arrangements run to a high standard
  • Respond proactively to client queries and requests, offering solutions with a positive, can do attitude
  • Maintain strong communication with colleagues to support an efficient front of house operation
  • Uphold a polished, professional appearance and deliver service that reflects the organisation’s values
  • Adapt to changing business needs, supporting different duties and schedules when required

Hours: 40 hours per week, various shifts between 7am - 7pm, Monday-Fridays
Salary: £36,325 per annum

Please note that the successful candidate must me comfortable to stand for long periods during their shift.
