Identify and implement initiatives at a regional level that drive sustainable financial and operational improvements.
Support the regional month-end process, reviewing financial adjustments, analysing variances and constructively challenging Operations Managers on contract performance.
Support the mobilisation of new contracts, including building robust operating budgets and forecasts, monitoring early trading performance and working with Operations teams to implement corrective actions where required.
