Job Description

We’re looking for a Team Leader to help lead our amazing crew at Victoria & Albert Museum Members Restaurant and ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience every time!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of front-line staff to provide top-notch service in a restaurant setting.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere for both staff and guests.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met consistently.
• Work closely with the management team to achieve goals and exceed expectations.

About the ideal candidate:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant setting.
• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Flexibility to work on events as and when required.
• Passion for food and wine is a plus!

We Offer:

Rate: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Full time/ Permanent
