Gross salary: EUR 4600 - 5000 gross based on fulltime employment

Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Operations Manager to develop and lead a team of General Managers and Head Chefs located across the Amsterdam region to provide exceptional Hospitality and catering services to our clients.
As the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency and financial delivery. The perfect candidate will understand how to collaboratively work with a passionate and talented team ensuring they have the autonomy to affect the direction of their business with a shared vision of outstanding service delivery.

Job Description
- Strategic Leadership: Manage and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations in the catering and hospitality industry.

- Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A leader who champions health & safety, diversity, and inclusion.
