• Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner
• Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards
• Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures
• The pride in your workspace, maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and other surrounding areas in line with cleaning schedules, company and HACCP standards
• Follow all health and safety and food safety guidelines and procedures
• Monitor stock levels and restock supplies as needed
• Use till systems for taking payments and customer orders
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
• Be a part of the team assisting on other tasks as needed

• Bereid en serveer efficiënt een verscheidenheid aan koffiedranken, theeën en andere dranken volgens de juiste methoden, apparatuur en onze standaarden.
• Deel het verhaal achter ons menu en geef aanbevelingen aan gasten, en wees op de hoogte van de procedures rondom allergenen.
• Wees trots op je werkplek door koffiebalie en de omliggende gebieden te onderhouden volgens het schoonmaakrooster, de bedrijfs- en HACCP-standaarden.
• Volg alle gezondheids- en veiligheidsrichtlijnen, alsmede de voedselveiligheidsprocedures.
• Monitor de voorraadniveaus en vul de voorraden aan wanneer nodig.
• Gebruik het kassasysteem voor het opnemen van betalingen en klantbestellingen.
• Bied uitzonderlijke klantenservice en los eventuele problemen of klachten van gasten op.
• Wees een actief lid van het team en help met andere taken wanneer dat nodig is.

• You are available for 38 hours per week during office hours from Monday to Friday
