Job Description
We are seeking an organised and efficient Business Support Administrator to join our team in London, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments within our organisation.
- Manage menu screen and labelling in our staff dining facilities
- Inputting sales data into accounting system
- Supporting the head chef with management of H&S and compliance
-Prepare final reports, budgets and commentaries and taking minutes during meetings
- Update and manage internal communication channels
-Support with digital marketing
-Manage teams birthdays and celebrations (cards/gifts/vouchers)
- Assist in organizing and running team events
- Support with Hr tasks, including recruitment and disciplinary
- Support with invoices, stock sheets, Nutritics & supplier content
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 2+ years in an administrative or business support role
- Able to visit our Surrey office , a minimum one day a month
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative
- Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
