We’re looking for a passionate and commercially minded Pub & Hotel Manager to take the helm at The Gregory Arms. Nestled in the heart of a picturesque village, this boutique pub blends traditional charm with a contemporary dining experience, alongside beautifully appointed guest rooms for a truly welcoming stay.

You’ll be responsible for driving the F&B operation forward, enhancing service standards, and boosting profitability. From managing day-to-day operations to curating a standout food and drink offering, this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a thriving, community-focused venue. Additionally, you’ll oversee the boutique hotel accommodation, ensuring a high-quality guest experience that complements the pub’s reputation for excellence.

We are looking for a dynamic Pub & Hotel Manager o drive the commercial success of this thriving gastro-pub. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience, leading a dedicated team, and boosting the pub’s food and beverage operation.

Qualifications

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service in a boutique gastro-pub setting, ensuring a high-quality guest experience
  • Drive revenue through strategic planning, menu development, and innovative promotions while maintaining cost controls
  • Lead, train, and develop a passionate front-of-house team to deliver exceptional service
  • Cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, maintaining high hospitality standards to make The Gregory a destination of choice
  • Manage supplier relationships, oversee stock control, and ensure the best quality ingredients and beverages are consistently available
  • Work closely with the Harlaxton Manor team to host special events, private functions, and seasonal promotions
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, licensing, and health & safety regulations
  • Ideally suited to someone with experience in a boutique gastro-pub or high-quality hospitality environment
