We are looking for experienced team leaders to join our team. We are 24/7 site, so looking ideally for one team leader for day shift (8.30am-4.30pm) and one for night shift (7.30pm-3.30am)

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Support manager with daily operation duties, checklists, training , orders and great customer service.
• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork
• Make sure canteen is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
• Support manager with daily operational duties.

• A great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection
• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome
