Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for the Marketing Executive (PR & Branding) who will focus on planning and coordinating PR activities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement. Key tasks include organizing media events, outlet launches, and strategic meetings, while collaborating with management to ensure effective logistics. The candidate will manage communication strategies across departments, media, and stakeholders, oversee content creation, and utilize various media channels for brand exposure. Monitoring media coverage, identifying opportunities, and building relationships with partners and sponsors are essential, along with supporting the CEO/CFO on ad-hoc projects.
Job Description :
I) Public Relation
- PR Campaign Coordination & Execution: Plan and coordinate PR activities (e.g., press releases, outlet launches, media events, public speaking events) to enhance brand visibility. Assist in executing PR campaigns to promote the brand and its offerings.
- Content Creation & Communication: Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials. Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels, including social media, websites, and press releases.
- Media Relations & Monitoring: Build relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders. Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities, measure campaign effectiveness, and mitigate potential risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the CEO office, internal departments, and external partners to ensure the smooth execution of PR activities and align with brand objectives. Coordinate logistics and resources for events and initiatives.
II) Branding:
- Brand Collateral Creation & Design: Support the creation and execution of various branding materials (e.g., brochures, signage, websites) while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and maintaining a positive company image.
- Brand Planning & Reporting: Develop annual brand activity plans and budgets, and provide regular reports on the progress and outcomes of projects.
- Market Positioning & Competitor Monitoring: Build a strong brand presence in the market, survey new brand items, and keep track of competitor activities to stay competitive.
III) As part of the Marketing Team, you are expected to also:
- Assist with any additional ad-hoc marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned.
- Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies
Qualifications
Job Requirement(s):
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations Marketing, Communications and/or comparable work experience in Business Development, Event Management, Sales, or Advertising agency
- A minimum of three years' experience in an equivalent role, preferably in PR, event management, and marketing.
- Experience in crisis management and media relations.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends and adapt communication strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, including the capacity to oversee and prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities, including the capacity to set priorities, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.
