Job Description

  • To design clear engaging graphic communications for both print and digital which include marketing/ communications brochures, website, and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed for all departments.

  • Manage and facilitate video production (shooting, editing, etc)

  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies. To work hand-in-hand with the team to produce the final design and ensure it is visually appealing and on-brand. 

  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis to evaluate the trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures from the graphic angle.

  • Ensure all visuals, graphics, and collaterals are consistent and adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.

  • Assist in organizing and developing advertising and communication campaigns (social media, TV, etc.), exhibitions, and event promotions, ensuring alignment with activation timelines for product launches, marketing promotions, ad campaigns, and brand messages, while fostering partnerships and collaboration.

  • Collaborate and maintain a good relationship with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities. 

  • Assist in building and growing WORQ’s community by creating a helpfulness culture that encourages people to share opportunities and resources.

  • Any other marketing responsibilities assigned by the supervisor.

As part of the Marketing & Community Team, you are expected to:

  • Participate in brainstorming and developing creative marketing plans and growth strategies

  • Be the ambassador of the business community ecosystem through partnerships and events

  • Promote and ensure optimal understanding of marketing plans across the company.

Qualifications

  • Candidate to possess a Degree in graphic design, arts/ design or creative multimedia, Marketing, or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of experience is required for this position

  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and listening skills

  • Self-starter individuals with a strong drive to achieve excellence

  • Must have good communication skills and strong command of spoken and written the English language

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high performance and result-oriented environment

Additional Information

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in Graphic Design, Photography or Videography

  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details

  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
