Job Description

  • To assist CEO & CFO, as well as other HODs if required, on their daily work schedule.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries, including flight, accommodation reservations, ground transportation etc
  • Coordinate and schedule meeting and calendar appointments
  • To discreetly manage all company related matters with utmost confidentiality
  • Assist in managing databases and filing system
  • Assist to taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Assist and take part in Community building activities 
  • Assist Human Resources and Finance Department when required
  • General office duties and additional ad-hoc task as and when assigned/required by the management
  • To be resourceful, diligent and organized while managing and assisting in personal errands

Qualifications

  • Candidate to possess minimum STPM / Diploma or equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous
  • Fresh graduate & entry level applicants are welcome to apply
  • Computer literacy in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible and possess the ability to adapt to the changing and varied work arrangement
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Self-motivated and have the ability to handle pressure with minimal supervision
  • Excellent self-discipline
  • Possess own transport and a valid driving license & willing to travel within the Klang Valley areas due to the nature of the job that requires physical presence on-site
