Job Description

Job Description:

  • To strategize and implement strategic best practices to help the growth of the Company.
  • To manage and support strategic planning for segments and products
  • To implement and oversee new product launches, special projects and business development through developing and maintaining relationship with key customers and partners for the purpose of revenue generation
  • To manage various business projects that drive revenue, increase productivity and improve processes through project and organizational skills.
  • To assist and support the founders and other HODs with hitting KPIs and supporting the team
  • To promote and exemplify company culture and vision to all stakeholders
  • To lead or work closely with multiple teams, ensuring each team has the right strategy, resources, systems and structure to get the job done
  • To assist the founders and other members of the management and HQ team with various tasks, as required on ad-hoc basis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience is required for this position with proven track record of success stories
  • Experience in Consulting or Investment Banking, or individuals from engineering background with a strong business mindset will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Team management skills and project management capability
