Job Description

We are looking for Superstars to WOW our members and guests, but before you read on, please take note of the following requirements: 

  • Work 6 days a week and occasionally on Public Holidays (You will be compensated of course!). 
  • Must be able to work on shift : Monday to Friday
                           Morning Shift    : 8:00am - 5:00pm or 

                           Afternoon Shift : 1:00pm - 10:00pm; 
  • Saturday OR Sunday: 9:00 am to 6:00pm

What will you be doing?

  • You will be the first friendly face that meets our potential and existing members when they walk into our space and assisting them with any queries.

  • Assisting the Outlet Manager with sales enquiries (telephone & email)

  • Register new members, guests and maintain the database of existing members.

  • Ensure that our events space is all prepped and assist with event logistics.

  • Attend to the needs of our members by providing an exceptional level of service.

  • Work closely with the Outlet Manager to ensure that the outlet is in great condition.

  • Handle cashiering duties and maintain filing system.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be able to:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Excellent customer service

  • Basic computer skills (MSWord, Excel)

  • Enthusiastic about learning and working in a team

  • Bubbly personality and a love for interacting with others

Work Locations:

  • TTDI (Walking distance to TTDI MRT Station)
  • Subang Jaya (Walking distance to Subang Jaya LRT Station)
