• Participate in the planning, design & delivery of new solutions and workflows, either as development or natic SharePoint projects e.g. SharePoint Designer, JavaScript injection etc.
• Assist customers with administering their SharePoint environments, such as ensuring the reliability & availability of farms, providing 3rd level support, aiding with adoption and training, implementing governance procedures, monitor & provide frequent status health checks of the environment.
• Communicate effectively with customer stakeholders, business units, end users, and technology teams to properly support, plan and deploy solutions that meet business needs.
• Work with our current and future customer base to deliver new solutions and help them support their existing deployments
• Evaluate and work with new and upcoming technologies and help our customers maximise their benefit from them.

• 8+ years of IT experience developing and designing solutions on SharePoint 2013
• Passion for SharePoint and broader Content and Collaboration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint farm components, architecture, configuration, diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Familiarity of C# & SQL programming (e.g. TSQL), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, and Source control methodologies and principles
• Understanding of the SharePoint Platform and core feature set, and working knowledge of SharePoint Services; BCS, Search, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS3, Angular, React, or other JS frameworks advantageous
• Familiarity with MVC framework, working knowledge of common architectural patterns, and Agile Development methodologies.
