Job Description

Major Responsibilities:  

  • Interact proactively with customers in professional manner to facilitate the processing of all bank documents (“Legal Documents”) submitted in alignment with business transactions completed in compliance with department’s procedure.
  • Facilitate accurate record keeping, approval of all documentation and ensure the appropriate dissemination of relevant documentation to necessary departments.
  • Facilitate customer requests for bank forms required to conduct their business in professional manner.
  • Coordinate customer requests to have accounts opened, title changes, address changes and account closures accurately and timely.
  • Perform Salesforce input as required, including FTA codewords, Forward Value Payments and specific requests.
  • Update customer signatures in SQN
  • Process Letter of Credit applications, including verification of adequate credit facility and signature verification.
  • Process customer credit references as received.
  • Process Foreign Exchange account signature documents.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Must read, speak and write Japanese & English at the business level
  • Knowledge of basic PC application (including MS Word and Excel).
  • 2-3+ years of work experience.
  • Banking/Finance experience preferred.
  • Associates degree/business school required; Bachelor’s degree and work experience in a financial environment preferred.
