Key Responsibilities are : Responsible for daily incoming inquiry emails related to expense reports via Concur Help inbox Process monthly via Concur Expense Reporting System Research outstanding check payments Perform W9/TIN matching for new suppliers File 500+ IRS Form 1099 Returns annually Post wire payments executed by Treasury Complete inventory invoice variance journal entries Prepare and post month-end PO and P-card expense accruals Prepare AP account reconciliation and accrued purchases reports Perform new user training in Concur, NetSuite and Medius systems Attend NetSuite Change Control meeting – Bi-weekly Facilitate Concur Change Control meeting - Monthly
