Job Description
1. Process Automation: Develop and maintain VBA-based tools to streamline operational workflows and enhance efficiency. Identify and automate repetitive tasks and manual processes within the Commercial Credit Covenant Monitoring domain. Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of the developed automation solutions. 2. Operational Support: Collaborate with team members to understand business requirements and provide tailored automation solutions. Support ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of automation tools. Ensure alignment with internal standards and best practices for automation. 3. BFSI Domain Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the commercial credit process to design automation tools that support covenant monitoring, reporting, and compliance tracking. Provide automation assistance for periodic reviews, data reconciliation, and other key credit processes. 4. Data Handling and Reporting: Automate data handling and reporting tasks to reduce manual errors and enhance accuracy. Utilize SQL for data extraction and manipulation (if required), adding value to reporting processes. 5. Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous testing and debugging of VBA scripts and automation tools to ensure reliability. Document all processes, workflows, and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications
Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in automation and analytics. At least 2 years of experience in the BFSI domain, preferably in Commercial Credit or related areas. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in VBA programming. Technical Skills: Proficiency in VBA for Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Strong skills in process automation and workflow optimization. Knowledge of SQL for data handling is an added advantage but not mandatory. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
