Job Description:

Role: Associate Operations

Key Accountability:·

• Responsible for meeting daily targets and SLA’s·
• Good knowledge in accounting and accounts payable.
• Should be okay with night shifts.
• Accuracy should be met as defined by the Client·
• Be a valuable contributor to the operations function.
• Inject a sense of fun and fulfillment into your team environment.·
• Responsible to work as a backup when required to meet training and operational requirements, owning the turnaround times, customer service levels.·
• Help resolve issues the very first time and promptly escalate cases as appropriate.·
• Ensure high quality delivery of customer experience across multiple channels.·
• Learn and ultimately become a technical expert for our client product·
• At times, you may be required to work closely with onshore team to improve the service offering.·
