Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Training Manager to lead the Learning & Development function for a large-scale US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operation supporting 500-600+ employees. The role is responsible for driving end-to-end training strategy, delivery, knowledge management, trainer development, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure workforce readiness and operational excellence.The incumbent will lead a team of trainers and collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, and Client stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously enhance training programs, including new hire onboarding, process training, refresher training, upskilling, and certification initiatives. The role requires ownership of training governance, learning effectiveness measurement, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), knowledge calibrations, performance interventions, and training compliance.The ideal candidate should possess strong subject matter expertise across the US Healthcare Provider RCM lifecycle, including exposure to one or more practice management functions on the provider side. They should have proven experience managing training operations in large-scale environments, developing learning content, leveraging LMS platforms, and driving measurable improvements in employee performance and business outcomes.Success in this role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, learning technologies, data-driven reporting, and exposure to AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT will be highly valued.Key Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree; professional certifications preferred.• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in US Healthcare Provider RCM, including at least 2 years in a Training leadership role (Deputy Manager, Team Manager, or above).• Proven experience managing training teams and learning operations supporting 500-600+ employees.• Understanding of learning principles, knowledge management, and training effectiveness measurement. Basic exposure in compliance audits • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms, content creation, training analytics, and reporting.• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing training teams.• Exposure to AI-enabled learning and productivity tools.• Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts based on business requirements.The ideal candidate will be a strategic learning leader with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for building a high-performing, future-ready workforce while consistently aligning with organizational values and culture.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree is mandatory; professional certifications in Training, Learning & Development, or Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) will be an added advantage.
