Job Description

·         Manage daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and meet client goals and requirements.
·         Act as ticketing SME to assist team or intervene as needed
·         Handling a team of L2 – Complex itinerary trained resources
·         Responsible to achieve the KPI/SLA of the process for the team

Qualifications

·         Experience in Corporate Travel Account is required.
·         Must have expertise in using GDS platforms such as Sabre, Amadeus etc.
·         Experience in team management
·         Ability to deliver through people
·         Able to speak & write fluent English
·         Confident to lead conference calls
·         Able to produce dashboards & reports in Excel & presentation formats
·         Good analytical and conflict management skills
·         Experience and ability to supervise team and conduct administrative functions
·         Management experience for min 2 to 5 years in Corp Travel or GDS experience (Depending on the role)
·         Must be amenable to work 100% onsite at our Bridgetowne Site
