Job Description

  • Sourcing project coordination: Coordinate and track strategic sourcing initiatives (RFx events, negotiations, renewals) end to end, maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items across the sourcing pipeline.
  • PMO governance & reporting: Own the PMO operating cadence — prepare materials and track outcomes for recurring forums (weekly pipeline reviews, monthly sourcing forums, finance/sourcing deal reviews), maintain governance standards, and ensure projects follow consistent intake-to-execution workflows.
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management: Serve as a central point of coordination across Sourcing, Procurement Operations, Finance, Legal, and internal business owners, keeping stakeholders aligned on status, risks, blockers, and next steps.
  • Spend & savings tracking: Maintain accurate spend and savings-to-budget records across initiatives, reconcile committed vs. realized savings, and support quarterly and annual reporting of procurement value delivered.
  • Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements to sourcing and PMO processes, standardize templates and playbooks (deal summaries, intake forms), and reduce cycle time and manual effort.
  • Tooling & systems: Administer and optimize procurement/sourcing systems and intake-to-pay workflows (e-sourcing, contract, and intake/orchestration tools), ensuring data integrity and driving adoption across the team.
  • Supplier & contract lifecycle support: Support supplier onboarding, contract renewals, and the broader contract lifecycle by tracking key dates, obligations, and approvals in partnership with Sourcing and Legal.
  • Dashboards & metrics: Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting (pipeline coverage, savings, cycle time, on-time execution) that give Procurement leadership visibility into performance and trends.

  • Attention to detail: Committed to data accuracy, process consistency, and reliable reporting.
  • Bias for improvement: Continuously streamlines processes, standardizes tooling, and scales the PMO function.
  • 1-2 years experience in Strategic Sourcing and/or PMO areas.
