Assistant Manager – OperationsQualifications & Experience:Education :

Chartered Accountant from ICAIExperience : Minimum 1 years experience in RTR / financial accounting

Preferable : Prior experience in aviation, transportation, or asset-heavy industries

Exposure to operational cost accounting and analysis

Location: Thane, CentaurusShift Timings : 4:30 am to 1:30 pm IST

Role Purpose

Responsible for managing accounting, reporting, and analysis of Corporate portfolio.

The role requires accurate financial close, compliant with existing standards.

Provide insights into operational cost drivers such as fuel, maintenance, cabin and crew, flight expenses and airport charges to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. Month-End Close & Financial Reporting

2. Manage RTR processes for Corporate categories

3. Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close cycles.

4. Review journals, accruals, and provisions to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Perform detailed variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast / Prior periods)

.6. Collaborate with operational teams to validate financial assumptions.

Business Partnering Partner with key business units including Operations,

Corporate stake holders, Procurement. Support budgeting and forecasting cycles for Corporate portfolio.

Provide financial insights to support route profitability and operational decisions.

Ensure Compliance & Audit

Process Excellence & Transformation :

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across RTR processes

Stakeholder Reporting & MIS : Prepare management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Deliver insights on cost trends, operational efficiencies, and performance indicators.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of financial reporting processes

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred)Advanced Excel skills (variance analysis, dashboards)
