Job Description

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team handling AR, RTR, and month-end closing.• Assign tasks, set performance goals, and monitor team efficiency and accuracy.• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss challenges and drive continuous improvements.• Provide training and coaching to ensure high standards of financial performance.• Collaborate with senior leadership to align team objectives with organizational goals.• Supervise cash applications & BRS.• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.• Ensure customer invoicing accuracy and adherence to contracts.• Implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial transactions.• Manage general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals.• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.• Review financial statements and reports to ensure completeness and accuracy.• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes.• Work with automation teams to enhance ERP and accounting software efficiency.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual efforts.• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle, or other financial software).• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.• 8+ years of experience in financial operations, including AR, RTR, and closing activities.• Prior experience in a leadership role managing a finance team.• Experience in process transitions and financial migrations is a must.• Hands-on experience with financial ERPs and reconciliation tools.• Ability to work across different shifts based on business needs.• Flexibility to handle urgent financial tasks outside regular working hours.• Willingness to collaborate with global teams in different time zones.
