We are looking for an experienced Informatica Developer with strong expertise in ETL development and a basic understanding of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes while supporting reporting and analytics requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows, mappings, and sessions using Informatica
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple data sources
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
• Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot data-related issues
• Write and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures for data processing
• Support data warehouse development (fact/dimension models, star schema)
• Work closely with BI/OAS teams to support reporting and analytics requirements
• Assist in RPD understanding, basic changes, and validation in OAS
• Support data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems
• Participate in UAT, deployment, and production support activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business data requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Informatica PowerCenter (or similar ETL tools)
• Good knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience with data warehousing concepts (ETL, star/snowflake schema)
• Understanding of data transformation and data mapping techniques
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) / OBIEE
• Familiarity with reporting layers, subject areas, and dashboards in OAS
• Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting ETL jobs
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in Informatica/ETL development
• Exposure to Oracle databases and BI tools
• Experience working with large datasets and enterprise data warehouses
